Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Website updates

  • Email marketing support

  • Graphic and content assistance

  • Administrative digital support

  • Business organization systems

  • Client onboarding and backend support

All services are customized based on the agreed proposal, package, or written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and required materials on time.

  • Respond to communication requests within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Provide login access, assets, branding materials, and approvals necessary to complete projects.

  • Respect agreed timelines, scope, and communication boundaries.

Delays caused by missing materials, delayed approvals, or lack of communication may affect timelines and delivery dates.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or package.

  • Projects may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • Ongoing monthly retainers must be paid on or before the due date.

  • Work may pause if payments are delayed.

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Paused services

  • Delayed deliverables

  • Late fees if stated in the client agreement

  • Termination of services

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, strategy work, and time-based support:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for completed work, digital services, consultations, or strategy sessions.

If concerns arise, we encourage open communication to find a reasonable solution.

5. Scope of Work

The agreed scope of work is limited to the services listed in the proposal, package, or written agreement.

Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require:

  • Additional fees

  • Extended timelines

  • A revised agreement

  • We reserve the right to decline work outside the original agreement.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope and current workload.

Turnaround times may vary depending on:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Revision requests

  • Technical issues

  • Third-party platform delays

  • Scope changes

We will communicate updates if timelines need adjustment.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise stated in the package or proposal.

Excessive revisions, repeated changes, or complete redesign requests may result in additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their existing brand assets and materials.

Upon full payment:

  • Final approved deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless confidentiality is agreed upon in writing.

Any templates, systems, frameworks, workflows, or internal processes created by Katty Paspie remain intellectual property unless transferred in writing.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and agree not to share sensitive business information without permission.

Clients also agree not to share proprietary systems, workflows, templates, or internal business materials belonging to Katty Paspie without written consent.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • GoHighLevel

  • Canva

  • Meta Platforms

  • Google Workspace

  • WordPress

  • Shopify

  • Mailchimp

  • Zoom

  • Stripe

  • Other digital tools and software

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Software changes

  • Account suspensions

  • Third-party errors

  • Losses caused by external platforms

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions, platform compliance, and account ownership.

11. No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to provide high-quality support and strategic assistance, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific business results

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead generation numbers

  • Sales conversions

  • Social media growth

  • Website traffic outcomes

Business success depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, consistency, offer quality, audience behavior, and client implementation.

12. Communication Policy

Business communication will primarily occur through agreed channels such as:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • MS Teams

  • Slack

  • Zoom

  • Project management systems

We aim to respond within business hours and reasonable timelines.

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.

Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or abusive communication may result in immediate termination of services.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding balances remain due.

  • Completed work up to the termination date will be delivered where applicable.

  • Access to systems or accounts may be removed after project completion or termination.We aim to respond within business hours and reasonable timelines.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Boundaries are repeatedly violated

  • Misuse of services occurs

  • Communication becomes abusive or inappropriate

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katty Paspie shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business interruptions

  • Loss of profits

  • Data loss

  • Technical failures

  • Platform-related issues

  • Decisions made based on provided recommendatio

Clients acknowledge that all business decisions remain their own responsibility.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
